Your satisfaction is important to us and we understand if a return needs to be made. Items may be returned for a refund based on the following:

• Returns must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, stain free and with tags still attached.
• Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number.  If you return an item after this time frame, we will not accept it and you will be responsible for paying to have it returned to you.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• It is at the discretion of Boa-Kae Ranch to deny a return if the item(s) is in a condition showing damage or use.
• Jewelry is FINAL SALE and cannot to be returned.
• Accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot to be returned.
• Sale Barn items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  
• If a discount code is used at checkout, or applied automatically during a sale, the items are FINAL SALE.

We are unable to process exchanges.  If you are needing a different size, please promptly place a new order before it sells out. Please fill out the Return Form and ship the received size back to us and we will refund your original order.
