We appreciate you shopping with us! Order are processed Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM, and are shipped out within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped via Canada Post which takes about 2-3 business days in Canada, depending on the destination.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15.00 Canada wide. All orders will be provided a tracking number. Orders $150 and over qualify for free shipping in Canada!

Orders shipping to the U.S. are charged at a flat rate of $20 CAD.

If you are local to Boa-Kae Ranch and would like to pick up your order directly from us or if you will be seeing us at an event listed under the "On the Road" section, you may select "Local Pick Up" at checkout. Please communicate with us by email at shop@boa-kaeranch.com with your request to pick up a potential order. You must obtain approval from us before selecting the Local Pick Up option at checkout.

Please let us know within 4 days of receipt of the item if there are any errors in your order or defects in merchandise. If there is a problem or a mistake, we will correct it right away!  Contact us at shop@boa-kaeranch.com
