Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

When you place an order and arrange delivery or sign up to receive our newsletter, Boa-Kae Ranch collects information from you such as name, mailing address, and email address. With your permission, Boa-Kae Ranch will be sending you, as part of our sales process, newsletter updates containing new products, sales and other information. We will only use your information for the specific reason(s) we received consent for and all collected information. Boa-Kae Ranch uses reasonable measures as recommended by industry standards to house collected information so that it is not inappropriately accessed, disclosed, misused, or altered. You may  opt out at any time and if you wish to do so, please contact us at shop@boa-kaeranch. All information collected will remain private and used for internal purposes only.

Availability

Boa-Kae Ranch cannot guarantee the availability of any products. In the event a product is unavailable but you are interested, please contact shop@boa-kaeranch.com and an effort to re-stock the product from the vendor will be made, subject to availability and timelines to fulfill a restocking order and ship. In the event Boa-Kae Ranch is not able to fulfill an order, you will be refunded in full.

Payment Terms

Boa-Kae Ranch uses third party providers to accept the following payment types: credit card and PayPal. Boa-Kae Ranch does not house any credit card details. Full payment is required and must be cleared before the purchased products will be shipped.
